Energy Management Contract (EMC) or Performance Contracting (EPC) is a form of creative financing for capital improvement which allows funding energy upgrades from cost reductions. Under an EPC arrangement, WT implements a project to deliver energy efficiency, or a renewable energy project, and uses the stream of income from the cost savings or the renewable energy produced to repay the costs of the project (including the costs of the investment).

Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory is a list of emission sources and the associated emissions quantified using standardized methods. 
Wharton Technologies (WT) provides GHG inventory following both international and local standards. 

Wharton Technologies (WT) offers full-process Carbon Asset Management from Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory, energy and GHG emission optimization, renewable energy and carbon emission trading management (CERs, RECs), etc.

We will be utilising WT’s internally developed QUEST energy review approach, which examines facilities as well as behaviour and management in a more holistic way to find costs savings and energy improvements that are not part of a standard energy audit approach. We will also take reference of ISO50002,  EN 16247,  ASHRAE “Procedures of Commercial Building Energy Audits”  and China GB/T17166 as needed.
